The lessons are in-depth and follow the same path I take students along when teaching at an accredited culinary school. The only difference is these lessons are scaled down to relate more to a home cook (although my culinary students have admitted using this site as a refresher course for lessons they've long forgotten).

"I've been learning a lot about cooking from an actual chef and culinary school instructor. Since you're a total foodie, you should check it out."
